NIRC Youth Services
New Generations & Youth Service Director: Pat BrainerdYouth Service programs are designed and planned to help our youth become better and more involved citizens, by recognizing them for outstanding achievements, providing leadership training, showing them that there are adults that care about them, and to set the example of what an involved citizen should be and how they should act. We also strive to teach that anyone can make a difference and that it is the ordinary citizen caring for his fellow citizens and others around the world that truly do make the world a better place to live.
